Trainer Inês Almeida, from Smartdogs, successfully solved, in just 5 sessions, a problem that had dragged on for 11 months. I found Joca, a mixed-breed dog, on the street and adopted him. Joca couldn't get into the car and, for 11 months, I tried several approaches, always without success. (…) In the 5th (last) session, I managed to get Joca into the car without using food and take a trip of about 55 minutes with him.

Ninja started training with Inês as a Jack Russell full of energy, anxious and responding to practically no commands — he really was a handful! With Inês's patience, dedication and methods, we saw an incredible change: Ninja is much more disciplined, calm and responds to commands easily.

Ines is a really great dog trainer. She help our little puppy (and us) a lot. In topics like peeing in the right place, not to bark when the door rings, how to walk outside and in general how to learn and approach new things. She was always making home-visits and often stayed longer then she needed to, to make sure the lesson for our puppy was successful. I can only say good things about her and her training! She was all in, from the beginning to the end and our puppy loved her!

Absolutely recommended! An elite trainer at home with an incredible positive method! (…) My dog suffered from separation anxiety every time I had to go out. The trainer's sessions, advice, tips and tricks quickly got the better of the problem, in just a few sessions. My 6-year-old dog, Sasha, a black Cocker Spaniel, loved the training and became great friends with the trainer!
